Job Description
As an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP), assess emergency scenes and patients, provide advanced life support care, administer medications, use ALS airway adjuncts, deliver electrical therapy, transport ill or injured individuals, and lead ALS teams during emergency care. Responsible for maintaining ambulance readiness, equipment standards, and safe patient transport. Work involves exposure to adverse weather, remote locations, hazardous scenes, bodily fluids, and physically demanding patient handling including lifting and transferring up to 105 lbs. Position based at Peace River EMS supporting regional emergency services.
