Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work as part of an interprofessional health care team providing patient- and family-centered care across the lifespan in Emergency, Acute Care and Long Term Care. You will use nursing processes, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills while working within applicable legislation, standards, policies and procedures. Responsibilities include safe, high-quality patient care, assessment, organization, communication, adapting to changing priorities, identifying learning needs, and working shift schedules. Rural acute care/emergency LPN experience is preferred.
