Job Description
LPN position with St. Paul Home Care providing safe, high-quality patient- and family-centred care as part of an interprofessional health care team. Uses nursing processes, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making while working according to legislation, standards, policies and procedures. Requires accredited practical nursing education, active or eligible CLHA registration and practice permit, BCLS-HCP, strong communication and assessment skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care, home care or acute care within the last 5 years. Driver's licence and vehicle required for client home visits.
